Can`t Withdraw funds

hello,

at first i didn`t got the auto-withdrawal to my Visa at the first of month.

then i sent message to "paypal customer service", and they told me we checked your account and yes you have an issue on it, do a manual withdraw,

and when i try to withdraw manual, i got this message

"Sorry, we are not able to process your request. please try again later."

and when i send message to "paypal customer service" again, they told me we can`t see any issues in your account, your withdraw is well,

**LOL, i have a problem and they told me you don`t have.**

and when i try to withdraw again, my balance is disappear,

so if any one can help me, i need my money, and i need help please.

Any ideas how to contact PayPal (phone or email) as I still can't get my money!

As you haven't said which country you are in so we can advise then..........
Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
