Can't Find My Refund

On my PayPal dashboard, the refund is completed but I haven't received the money yet back to my account. I have contacted my bank, they gave this response "Hello, kindly be informed that we don't have this inflow in our record." Please how do I get my money back to my bank account?

If you funded the original Paypal payment to the seller from your bank account or a card then once marked refunded/completed it will automatically go back to that bank account or card.
Normally it can take a few days up to a week to go back to a bank account. Paypal say allow 30 days for a card (1 billing cycle) but its rarely that long.
(Can vary according to country though).

I asked for a refund from a bad product which paypal showedon my dashboard that refund done and completed since on the 9th November but no such refund seen or received and my bank has released my account details confirming no such refund done from paypal. Pls what do i do?

I'm sorry to hear you haven't received your refund yet. Once a refund is processed, it's automatically returned to your original payment method. You can learn more about the different timeframes per payment method on our Help Center here. As it's been more than 30 days, I recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams and requesting that a trace be filed.
