Can not transfer fund from Paypal account to bank account

Hi,

I have just created Paypal account last month. I have confirmed my identity and bank account etc. My friend first sent me AU$100 and I withdrew it successfully to my bank account. Then she sent me AU$250 and it's been a week that I cannot withdraw it to my bank account. Is there a problem?
