Can not see a payment under "activity"

Hello I paid an article why credit card without to login in PayPal and no I cant se the transaction anywhere to ask for a refund ? Why cant I see a transaction under activity of i try to login with the same email ? Thanks

Did you pay as a guest buyer to the sellers card reader via your credit card OR did you log into your paypal account during the payment process?
