Can i withdraw fiverr funds to this unverified (paypal/cy) account?

Hi, I created this account a few minutes ago. I work at fiverr and I want to withdraw funds from this account to paypal. fiverr will ask "processing funds" to paypal. so my question is:

1. will I get received payment from fiverr? when paypal/cy isn't verified??

2. can i send money to friends or family??

3. can i send money to someone to exchange currency?

I would recommend reviewing PayPal's Verification Process and details on Receiving Payments through PayPal to be successful in this withdrawal.
