I do understand that you have a query regarding adding funds to your account through your debit/credit card. You can transfer money from your debit/credit card to your PayPal account by linking your cards to your PayPal account and then using it to add funds to your PayPal balance

You can also check this article to know how you can add money to your PayPal account using your bank www.paypal.com/cshelp/article/HELP114 . For additional assistance, you can reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page. If your unable to login or are not in access of your PayPal account, you can connect with us via phone call as "as a Guest" (this does not require you to sign in to your PayPal account.
