I understand you'd like to use a PayPal Gift Card to send money to Cash App. PayPal and Cash App are unable to be linked directly for sending money. If you have a PayPal Gift Card, it's unlikely able to be used on Cash App and can probably only be used on PayPal. You can learn how to add a card on our Help Center here. If you have a PayPal Debit Card or PayPal Business Debit card, you might be able to link those to Cash App, but you'd need to contact them to find out more.
