Can I send money between my PayPal and bank account while not in my PayPal's registered country?

Hey, everyone!

I'm currently outside my PayPal account's registered country (Oman) and I need to transfer money from my PayPal wallet to a bank account (the bank account is also from Oman). Will this trigger a alarm? Or is it safe to do so without having my account blocked or limited?

There ‘could be’ issues, such as even being able to log in, or temporary limitations to verify you are the owner for security reasons.
