So I have not receive any confirmation email either from Paypal or their website about my order.
but in my Paypal account there is 1 transaction says "Authorisation in progress"
I tried to contact the merchant store but still no response.
If anyone knows anything I could do I would be really appreciate.

Hi Paypal_Chinmaye
Thank you for your reply
I have got the response from the seller saying that they are unable to locate an order and they expect that pending will be cancel in the next few days.
So it's looks like the order have not been made but in my Paypal Account there still "Authorisation in progress" regarding from the article this will expire in 29 days?
so the best scenario for me is wait for 29 days?

Contact the merchant, the store. There must be a phone number somewhere in the Contact Us or About Us page, sometimes not well visible or you may have to click a link in the text. Also there must be an online Contact US form to send them a message (email). Please note that authorizing a card or Paypal payment and then declining it constitutes fraud same as if a check is written and then cancelled later on, so be careful with that one. The merchant store may begin collection procedures or report it to your credit history if you end up owing them some money. This is in case if your order has been processed or shipped. There may be some order cancellation fees involved that may need to be paid. Unless the system failure of the store or of Paypal. Yet if your order was not yet placed, then your card or Paypal payment should have not been authorized in the first place.

No need for them to do any of that as the company they purchased from has not received the order as its marked ''pending awaiting authorisation''.
Yes just wait for the 30 days when the pending authorisation will ''time out.''
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

P.S. Check your email's "SPAM" folder where you may find the store's order confirmation email most likely. Send me a PM with the website of the store, I may be help you find their contact information.

They won't have a confirmation email from the website if the payment is marked as pending awaiting authorisation as the purchase HAS NOT GONE THROUGH.

Good day. I have the same situation. I contacted the seller, and he told me that my order was cancelled. But for 10 days now, the money in my payments has been frozen with the note "Authorization" and the PayPal chat bot gives me the same answers...

Paypal authorization may take a month to clear. Never pay with Paypal for services if you have an alternative payment method. I once paid with Paypal for UPS shipping and the system failed and then it took me a very long time to clear the authorization by Paypal.

Yes, I know that. But I would like to spend this money now, because I paid the seller twice, due to a failure in the PayPal payment system.(((
