Hello,
I started a fundraiser for Ukraine. It's called the European €1 Challenge For Ukraine. It's the intention that people can donate just €1, to make this action easily accessible for anyone. As a test, I donated €1. But of this €1, I only receive €0,24 net! There are €0,76 fees deducted!!! How is this possible? I can't find anywhere a detail of the costs that have been deducted. Is there anyone who can help me out on this? I would like to start my fundraiser as soon as possible. Thank you very much!
Best regards,
Frank [removed]

@kernowlass
Thank you for your reply. But I'm from Belgium, so I have a Belgian PayPal account. I had better specified this in my original post 🙈

Ok, if I look at the fees on the page you send me, I fall under domestic transactions. This means the cost is 3,4% + 0,35€.
So for a donation of just €1, the fee should only be 0,384€ (= 0,38€). So I should get 0,62€ net. But this isn't the case, I get a lot less!
Can you do the calculation for me, and see if you get another amount? Thank you.
