CHANGING SENDING OPTION FROM GOODS AND SERVICES TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY

I NEED TO SEND MONEY TO MY FAMILY BUT THE ONLY OPTION IS GOODS AND SERVICES.IT DOESN'T GIVE ME A OPTION TO CHANGE FROM GOODS AND SERVICES.IS THERE ANYWAY I CAN CHANGE THIS OR GET ASISTANCE?
