CANT TRANSFER FUNDS EVEN AFTER WAITING 72 HOURS

I opened an account in bank a week ago, got a mastercard and immediately linked to paypal to transfer money. I got the error "We are currently unable to transfer funds to your bank." PayPal support told me to wait 72 hours because it is related to some of their security systems. I have waited more than 72 hours and I still have the same problem and I am not able to transfer money even though I have verified the card on my PayPal account. Help please ?

Paypal varies country to country on withdrawal options.

Firstly did you confirm the card after adding it with the 4 digit code as per link?

Secondly if it still does not give you that option then it may be you need to add a visa in your country for withdrawal of funds?

Make sure funds are in your local currency and cleared not pending as well.
