Would you PLEASE HELP ME? I purchased a Paypal Debit Card this morning after dong my Homework on which was the BEST Card to use.. I needed the /card to send Money to someone who was going to make an Investment for me to make money so I can get my Dog Sparky his Cancer Life Saving Treatment (operation).. After jumping through all of the Hoops they said (Customer Service In Philippines), I would have to send a Government Document with my Social Security Number on it.. WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD DO SUCH A THING??? I said, never mind just tell me how i can get my money back as, I need to send this money out to get onboard for this money making investment.. They said without the information, they could not activate the Card.. I said I understood and I just needed my money back.. They said, in order to do that, the card would have to be activated which would require... You get the Picture.. round and round.. Because I didn't give them my old address and I gave them my New address.. I now own a Piece of Plastic worth $300 that I can't use.. They said we can send it back to you and you will get it in 6-10 Business Days.. I said I need it now as my Dog is dying of CANCER and the investment I can get back today.. SORRY, I UNDERSTAND was the response.. PLEASE, I NEED THIS MONEY.. I TRUSTED IN THIS SECURE CARD AND EVEN COSUMER REPORT SAID BEST CARD TO BE TRUSTED... I.. My dog does not have time.. He is Dying and I need this money to help save him.. the only way to save him is a high risk investment which seems to be working for others.. His Surgery is $10,000 at Blue Pearl Animal Hospital Waltham, Mass. PLEASE CHECK... I need this money back.. I don't need a piece of plastic I cannot use...

After speaking with 8 Different People in the Philippines, CLEARLY, the Left Hand doesn't know what the Right Hand is doing..  I received Information that was not accurate. One Person would give information and the next person would say that was wrong. One Department almost had me where I need to be but, couldn't go any further only to be asked "How can I Help". If they had read what the previous Person had said in the notes, that question wouldn't of been asked. This Person read the last 4 of my card then said, "I can't find your card."  How did you get the last 4 Numbers. From PrePay Office to Debit office to Resolution Office and was ask to send a Government Document with my Social Security Number to be sent over the internet. Corporate said they should of NEVER ask for my S.S. Number to be sent. Too many Different Departments not connecting with each other. Not an efficient system. Can't speak with ANYONE in the U.S. All I want to do is use my card and they keep asking why I want to put money on the card.  DUH, so I can use it...
