Buyer refunds payment, requires a verified address

I found some things online I wanted to buy. Contacted the seller via messages and paid with Goods and services. Few days later I get full refund. Seller refused the payment and requested that I have a "verified address". 

I've had my account since 2009, never had to deal with this... How do I verify my address?
