Bug Report: Subscription cc payment form shows French flag next to Dutch phone number field

When I fill out the credit card payment form for a PayPal subscription (=recurring payment), I see a French flag (vertical red, white & blue band) next to the internation telephone network prefix for The Nethetlands (++31). The correct icon should be a Dutch flag: horizontal bands: red, white & dark-blue...
