Bluehost.com third party wont accept payment. What may be wrong?

What are some reasons third party sites dont accept payment? I linked paypal to bluehost with balance in paypal and it wont take. My websites are in jeapordy of permanent deletion from non payment of a new payment system. Had em since 2009.

Can you fund the payment from your bank or card instead of your balance and see if that goes through ok?

That's not the point. Some of us use paypal credit and pay it interest free over time. We need to use paypal. Why can't we?
