I tried several times and days to make payment but I only get a blank pop-up for the bank/card OTP page. I have cleared the cache and cookies but to no avail. I have tried different computers but still same. Paypal says it must be the bank server but I can use the card for amazon transaction and its fine. Any ideas please need help.
