Billing Cancellation

Pro 2.0 has been cancelled on our account but we are still getting confirmation of £20 billing emails - how do we stop this?

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I can understand how receiving confirmation emails for a subscription you've canceled can be a bit confusing. I would recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams to double check that subscription has been taken care of properly.
