We are organizing a High School reunion event. We are not a business. We are charging a per-person fee of $120 to cover operating costs. We also have an "Angel Fund" with a non-profit EID where classmates who wish can donate money to help offset the cost of the dinner, and travel expenses for those classmates that would not be able to attend without some assistance. We have a web page accepting RSVPs. I would like to have a way to have them pay the $120.00pp charge and make the optional donation. In either case, the money will be used for the event, and if not all spent to cover expenses, returned to the people that paid.
What type of account(s) do I need at PayPal to have a payment link on our web page? Is there a category for us to do this at no or reduced cost? We are not going 501C3, but the EID is non-profit.
