Bank not paying PayPal

My bank has always paid for my PayPal purchases with funds from my bank account. Now either PayPal or my bank is rejecting payments.

Have you had a failed bank transfer or negative balance at all recently?

Have you checked the direct debit is still showing in your online banking for Paypal and not been cancelled?
