Bank has completed transfer, but it is not showing complete in my paypal balance

I transferred money FROM my bank into my Paypal account so I could make a purchase. The bank sent an email that they HAVE completed the transfer, yet Paypal is NOT showing the balance in my total. It still shows it as a pending transfer. 

Any ideas? 

I wanted to use the Paypal debit card mastercard number to avoid putting my bank info out there. 

Someone else made the purchase for me, and I now need to transfer the money to THEM once it shows up.

3-5 business days as per link, goes via echeque so once its left your bank it goes via ACH in batches before paypal receives it to credit it to your balance.
