Bank does not accept the transactions just yet

I am getting a message that "Bank does not accept the transfers just yet" but I contacted my bank and they say it does what should I do? Please help

I'm sorry to hear that you have experienced trouble with a recent transaction. A "Complete" status means we’ve already processed your withdrawal request. However, it may still take a few days for your withdrawal amount to appear in your bank account as the bank may need more time to process your request.
 

If the bank encounters a problem with your withdrawal request, they’ll notify us within 1 week from the time you requested your withdrawal. We'll email you if we receive any information from your bank. If the bank is unable to process your request due to incomplete or incorrect information in your withdrawal request, the funds will be returned to your PayPal account. All transfers are subject to review and could be delayed or stopped if we identify an issue.
