Bank Reversal

I have been providing tutorial services online from the same company in China, however just this month, my bank told me that my payment has been reverted (bank reversal).   I checked with PayPal but they claimed that the problem is not with them.  I consulted my client, but they said that they never demanded for any refund.  

 

What to do?

Is there an open dispute in PayPal at all?

 

Maybe the buyer’s bank reversed it to protect their customer, not the buyer did it. Or someone from the buyer’s household saw the charge and reversed it because they don’t recognize the transaction. The buyer has to talk to their bank to find out who reversed the payment and have them cancel it.
