Bank Balance not showing recent payment in

I have received money into my Paypal account but it does not show up in the bank balance. It is also in green print. What does this mean.

Is it in your paypal balance?

If so then click on transfer below the balance, and withdraw it to any funding source available for that option in your country.

Thank you.  It is not showing in the PayPal Balance but shows up in the list of items in green with a +.  I cannot see why it is not in the balance and do not see how to move it there.  There are 3 options when you click on it:  issue refund, send money and message.  None of these are what I want.  Any advice?

Check any recent transactions and see if they were funded by your received balance instead of your normal funding source?

Secondly check its not been auto withdrawn to your bank account if you have that option in your country?

Sorry I do not understand what you are talking about.  The payment is made but it is not in the bank balance and I do not see any other transactions which relate to it in my account.  Thanks again.
