Bancontact TopUp amount not received in my account

Hello,

 

I have transferred 600 euros via Bancontact TopUp https://www.paypal-topup.be/en/topup/payment to my account.

 

I have not yet received the payment on my PayPal account but it has left my bank account. I have also not yet received the confirmation email of the transfer form PayPal that I normally receive. I have never had this issue before as this was normally an instantaneous process.

 

I would hugely appreciate your help as this is a very large sum of money.

I'm sorry to hear you haven't gotten your TopUp. If the amount has been debited from your bank, then I'd recommend contacting our customer service. You can find our contact information at the bottom of any www.PayPal.com web page by clicking "Contact."
