Balance not showing in newly registered and verified Paypal account

Hi,

The balance is not reflecting in my Paypal account. I've just recently setup the Paypal account and followed all verification steps. I have also received emails to the same registered email confirming that the funds has been received but my account balance is still 0.00. This is quite concerning. Anyone know why?

You have to add a debit card or credit card. Once you do you’ll see the balance amount
