Balance negative, can't pay through PayPal but money got charged in bank.

I recently sent 160 euros to a friend through PayPal, this put my balance at negative 160 euros. Because of this, I can't pay anything through PayPal anymore. The money got charged from my bank 2 days ago but it still shows a negative balance. How can I fix this?

Allow 5-7 working days for the funds to transfer via electronic transfer to your paypal account to resolve the negative balance.
