Balance currently on hold due to funds availability program

I have met all the requirements in the funds availability but my account is on hold. Also, the 60 days from first payment was not recognised by the system even if I started receiving payments months ago.

You mean your payments are still subject to holds, right?

Contact customer services:

 

  1. https://www.paypal.com/smarthelp/contact-us
  2. Click Payments.
  3. Click Payment on hold or pending.
  4. Click Message Us or Call Us after “This information might help” box.

I'd give that a try. I contacted them a while ago and I was told to wait 48 hrs for the payment to be confirmed by the buyer but the hold should be removed from that if I met the requirements for funds availability, right? It may be a system error that my first payment was not recognised thus not meeting this.
