Balance, NO "add money" option

Hi guys!

Unfortunately, my account balance has the only option "Transfer Funds", and there is not indicated "Add Money to Balance" - neither on dashboard nor on 2-dot menu.

Could you please tell me what is the reason for that?

Not all countries have the ‘add money’ option.
