Avoid auto-converting and withdrawal in the default currency of the country

Hello. Is it possible to withdraw $ from my palpal account to my currency card in dollars if I’m from Ukraine? When I try to withdraw money from PayPal account to the USD bank account, it auto-converts the final transaction to UAH. How to avoid it?

yes, same problem. couple weeks ago it was not converting money into UAH and now it does at the ridiculous rate

Yes, it's the same as of 11.05. I'm from Ukraine, was used to be able to withdraw USD to USD debit card, now the Paypal forces to convert to UAH before withdrawal.
