automatic transfer problem
is work fine before but this month not work ?

and see this in my email

im from algeria to so what happen ?

i just contact the pysera bank and say this 

Dear Client, 
thank you for contacting us. 
We have checked the status of your card and it is active, your account also does not have any restrictions on our systems. 
Please contact Paypal support directly since your card does not shows any restrictions on our end. 

Thank you for choosing our services.

the same answer i got from paysera,we tried an other card it's the same we couldn't withdraw more than 500$
