automatic transfer problem
is work fine before but this month not work ?

and see this in my email

I have just posted the same problem right now,

 

PayPal is having a problem,

 

Chat support is not responding to our issue,

 

we must be popular with this problem.

In my case i have tried to make a manual withdrawal, it has gone one time, but after all times goes failed,

the only way is that we wait for next month, but PayPal must fix this problem.

Even me, the same thing since last month. I contacted the support and they told me that your card has limits. I contacted the bank, he told me that my card is good, and now Paypal support is deleting my messages, I never saw anything worse than Paypal support

support paypal is not answer

i think i will wait for 3 day and if don't receive automatic transfert
i will try manuale withdrawal and i think is 500 usd max 

and pls guys if u find any solution replay here good luck
