Automatic payment

Hi there,

I would like to cancel an automatic payment. I have an account but for some reason I am not able to find the automatic payment to that company listed. I am using the correct email address and the PayPal account for where this transaction is taking place. I am receiving emails letting me know its being withdrawn monthly and my bank account shows this as well but I cant find it on the automatic payment list to cancel it. Please help

Can you can cancel at your account on the merchant’s website instead? Or did you sign up without a PayPal account at the time? In which case customer service will have to cancel for you.
