Automatic Transfer Denied

Hi there, So today 1st Oct was my monthly automatic transfer on PayPal and for some reason it was denied by the bank, later I contacted my bank and it seems there was a small issue on their side, and for now, everything is working well, how can I ask for the automatic transfer again, please?
