Approaching 2k€ receiving limit - where do I explain?

Approaching 2k€ receiving limit , have to add explanation to why, but there is no option when I click on the "bell"

As written above. I got an e-mail that said "please give us further information to those received amounts via the bell when logged in"

Clicking on the bell there is nothing remotely related to that issue
