PayPal refund even though you didn't use PayPal?

That happens sometimes, if they are going to do that then make sure they use the friends/family option so that you don't get a fee and they can't open a paypal dispute.

That's what I'm finding out, it looks like I got had by a shady business  and that is how they operate.
