Anyone else gone to transfer their balance and it disappears?

Balance showed credit….went to transfer to my bank account and it had gone and now shows nil. Anyone else had this?

Have you bought anything since the balance was credited? If so then paypal may have used the balance as payment or part payment towards that transaction. Click on any recent transactions and see if they were part or all paid by that balance instead of your linked funding source.
