Any idea why most transactions as a seller i get dinged 3% but my last transaction i get dinged 4.5%

I have been charged 3% for each transaction as a seller receiving money. My last transaction was basically 4.5%. I cant figure out why. And the billing by PayPal just says amount of fee with no explanation.
