Hi, Please help. I am in Australia and someone overseas is trying to send me money. They are saying it requires an online bitcoin of $100 to complete the international payment fee. They are saying once I get the online bitcoin via the link the money will be in my account. Is this a scam and how do I know once I make the $100 payment they are arnt going to withhold the money on their end?
No funds in your balance = you have NOT and will NOT be paid.
Paypal is a payment processor so they would not ask you as a seller to send money for anything let alone via another rival payment processor ie bitcoin.
