Agoda's$614.40 refund(transaction ID: 25J74912EU7581735) on 14/7/21 to Visa, not reflected in Visa*<Removed>! I wrote to bizportal#singtel.com & g_dashsvc#singtel.com on 23/7/21, b ut no reply till now! Can anyone please tell me what should I do, to reclaim the $614.40, as Paypal can't intervene because way past use-by date? THANKS!
