Hello PayPal, I can't seem to add my bank account which previously would take it now it does not, neither my cc it declines it even though my cc has not expired or has any other issue. I have been trying to add my bank account but it says sorry we coudnt confirm it is you. I have tried to get in touch with customer service but the lines are not active ever. If there is any other phone number let me know. Please assist. A quick other question I am in Albania how much is the fee to withdraw money from pp to my bank account, is it a fixed amount or comes with percentage.
You know PayPal is really confusing for a payment distributor you must know that . This one and the second one can you please answer does it make a difference if the card is linked to an Albanian bank account. I have tried before with visa credit card it did not work, it worked only when I CONNECTED ALBANIAN BANK ACCOUNT. You answer is much appreciated. Thank you .
The link is still valid and this has been confirmed by paypal or it would have been pulled.
There are a few countries that can add a bank account since 2014 but to receive paypal payments you have to add a visa credit card OR U.S bank account.
If you can add a bank in your country now and you can't do so then check with customer services and they may link it for you.
