Added cash in Walmart disappear

I added cash in Walmart yesterday. I generate barcode and show the cashier. They scanned it, took the money and I took the receipt. Now, after 15 hour, nothing added in my balance. I didn’t get any email about that too. Why it takes so long? When can I get my added balance?

In this situation, the best thing to do would be to contact our Customer Care department. You can do this by going to the ‘Contact Us’ link at the bottom of every PayPal page. You will then see what contact options are available to you.

Yes. I got it back from Walmart. It was their fault. The transition was invalid. But, they gave me an invalid receipt and took the money.

I’m glad I had my receipt. My transaction was valid, no clue what the hold up was but I submitted and waited 4 days. It never showed on their end but I did eventually get my funds.
