I want to add funds to resolve negative balance but i received a message " the amount you have entered exceeds the add or withdraw funds limit". How can I change this limit.btw thw amount is 11.85$.
Could be a currency issue, you can't add $ to your paypal balance only euros?
The quickest and easiest way is to get a mate or family member to send a payment via the friends / family option. As long as they don't fund it with a card it should be free. If they send in euros then make sure they send enough so you can convert it to dollars to clear the neg balance.
