Add Money from Bank to Paypal

My country is Philippines. I'm just curious why does I cannot Add money from my Bank to my Paypal. I successfully confirmed my bank but I cannot see an option that allows me to transfer money from my specific bank to my Paypal.

Not all countries have the ability to add funds to their paypal balance.

If you click transfer below your balance and only get the withdraw option then you are in one of those affected countries.

Can you look into this. This one only appears on my end.
