Activity not in Wallet

Received funds in activity, but it isn't in my wallet.  How can I fix this?

Based on your query, I assume you have received the money and the transaction is visible on your activity but not in your wallet. In this scenario, it is possible that the sender has paid the money through goods and services transaction. In this case, please ask the sender to perform the action mentioned on this link and your funds will be available in your wallet. I hope you find this information helpful.
