Account Limitation - contact with PayPal too difficult

Dear

I have a limitation on my account, have sent (upload) several documents,  and also twice were able to connect with PayPal customer service, I am located abroad therefore phone calls are too expensive.

My resolution center requires a incoming limit of increase.

The account belongs to a non profit organization, in which I am the authorized person to handle the one, I need to know exactly which information is missing since I have sent:

Passport ID

Bank account statements (located in Germany)

Meeting Minutes of the association

Letter of authorizations signed by a Vice President

Different bills with address proof (mine).

I can't only submit a business number since it has none, is a worldwide non profit organization which $$ is based in Germany but secretary (me) abroad.

Any clues how can I contact if by phone in a quick call, and in English, or to know what is missing to lift the limits and move back account to normal situation?

thanks

Matias Collins

I have spoken through the phone already two times (december), with no changes in the account.

The main problem the whole menu by phone is in German not English

I will send a Twitter message to see what they answer.

thanks
