Hi All! I have an ecommerce store where I accept payments in USD. Paypal transfer the INR equivalent less fees to my Indian bank account. My question is: Can I receive USD payment from a customer who is using AMEX card. Am I required to provided IEC to Paypal in order to receive USD from a AMEX card. I am asking because, Stripe has a similar requirement. Please guide.
