I'm a student from Belgium and I've recently started contributing to the open source community (3D printing models). I want to start a PayPal business account so I can receive donations. I don't have a business however and I don't plan on starting one. As far as I understand I can upgrade my PayPal account to business and choose individual / sole proprietor. Based on the country I'm in they will or will not ask for a business number.
After looking through the Belgian government's archaic websites for 2+ hours I'm still clueless. Do I need individual or sole proprietor? If it's individual what is my valid MCC entry code? I don't sell anything. I'm just looking to sort of break even with material costs of 3D printing.
