APPLE DECLINE

I am trying to purchase something on apple but once i choose paypal as ode of payment, I am redirected to paypal but after loging in a message pops up that I go back to the merchant and use other payment methods. what could be the issue? Has anyone experienced this?

I am sorry to know that you've run into some issues while purchasing on Apple and I understand how upsetting this would be! Every time you attempt a payment, it goes through a series of filters for possible risk and may limit or block the payment temporarily due to risk. I recommend you to try again at a later date by clearing your cookies, history, cache, etc. from your browser. If the issue persists after trying these, please complete the payment with a different card/bank account.
