Everything is okay, until I added my bank account to my paypal. After that, my paypal immediately couldn't receiving any fund from customer. They used paypal check-out, and it said : "The instrument presented was either declined by the processor or bank, or it can't be used for this payment. "
Please help me, I am so headache cuz cant resolve it.
